VAT Compliance:
- Monitor the proper and timely preparation, submission, and payment of VAT returns.
- Ensure compliance with VAT laws and regulations, including any changes or updates.
- Work together with internal teams to collect the information required for reporting and VAT computations.
Tax Compliance:
- Submitting different tax returns, such as those for corporation income tax, withholding tax, and other relevant taxes.
- Keep abreast of modifications to tax rules and regulations and evaluate how they may affect your business.
- Create and put into action plans to reduce tax obligations and optimize tax advantages.
Financial Reporting:
- Maintain tight collaboration with the finance team to guarantee precise documentation of transactions pertaining to taxes and value-added tax in the financial statements.
- Assist with tax and financial audits by preparing required paperwork and answering questions.
