In-depth knowledge of IFRS
Relevant knowledge of the Companies Act 1994, the Securities and Exchange Rules 2020, relevant guidelines issued by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Reporting Act 2015, and other applicable laws in Bangladesh
Educational Requirements
Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Business graduate from any reputed university.
Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).
Preferably trained in the Audit Function with a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm
